Event Highlights:
- 1:30 PM: DJ starts playing.
- 2:00 PM: Charity with the most votes receives a $1000 cheque and gives a brief presentation.
- 2:15 PM - 2:45 PM: Three prizes will be drawn.
- 3:15 PM - 3:45 PM: Another three prizes will be drawn. Winners not present will be allocated a prize by a draw.
- 4:00 PM: Final prize draw for the Harvey Norman Chair.
Important Information for Members:
- You do not need to be present to win.
- If you are present when your name is drawn, you get to choose your prize.
- The first present member drawn can pick from available prizes, excluding the Harvey Norman Chair.
- The Harvey Norman Chair will be the last prize drawn and will be awarded regardless of the winner's presence.
